Do you have a heated humidifier? If not this can be a problem. Without a heated humidifier cpap can be ineffective. It can vary as a function of the weather.
If you do not have a heated humidifier, get one, use it for several weeks and if it still is a problem get another sleep study. Your pressure may not be correct.
