Your sleep study has two parts, one for diagnosis and the other for titration when the setting for your CPAP is determined. These are sometimes done in the same night (called a split study) or are done on two different nights. The titration process includes determining what pressure is needed to eliminate your apnea episodes and your O2 levels are tracked also so you need not worry. You can request (highly recommended) copies of your sleep studies from either your doctor or the center who did your sleep study. This information should be there. Usually it is recommended to get a re-titration yearly, although your doctor may recommend one earlier, especially if you are having apnea symptoms. As far as actually having a follow up visit with your doctor, ask him, but you may not need to return until you are ready to have your next titration.

Great to hear you are doing well. Keep it up.

Pam
