My doctor is a sleep doctor, and he schedules follow-up visits for me about every 3 months. I would think that you would need them too, since our therapy often needs re-adjusting after a length of time (varies). You also need someone to answer your questions and to be sure that your therapy is working! I would call my family doc and see if he/she would refer you to a regular sleep doc. (They are usually pulmonologists or neurologists) God bless and sweet dreams.
