Respironics Spectrum Full Face Mask

Has anyone tried this mask? So far, I have not been able to get a good seal. Also the Wisper Swivel sounds like a freight train and blows on my wife (not good). I am not very impressed.

Is this a bad mask, or am I doing something wrong?
