Prior to diagnosis I worked a 40 hour job with split days off. Slept well over 8 hours daily, extra 3-5 hours on days off, and still fell asleep while watching TV, reading, working on computer.
Been a hose head for 29 months. Working 45+ hours weekly (plus 2 hour commute), an additional 12 hours a day on weekends on property, and still able to function. Yes, I get tired, but not a zombie like before.
Masks may get in way of glasses, but otherwise no big deal. Best sleep habits in whole life. Has changed my life.
Do I like machine? NO! Do I like what my machine has done for me? A most definate yes!!! Would I give up my machine? Don't even think of trying!!!
