No question--CPAP changed my life. After years of fighting sleep all day long, being a menace on the roads, dropping off at the breakfast table (!), CPAP has given me a life. I went for the ADAM circuit (nasal pillows) from the start based on things I read in this forum, and found little or no trouble adapting to this new way of sleeping. I don't read before dropping off any more, but I also don't miss it. Five minutes after donning my headgear, I'm asleep.
