Since my pressure was increased from 8 to 14 I am having this problem, but I save it all night till the day time when I can embarrass myself to no end. I try stopping the gulping but the high pressure makes me feel like I have a large air bubble stuck at the adams apple and at the sternum for the first hour I have CPAP on. By the time that goes away.... I have my bed propped up 6 inches at the head of the bed, but that doesn't seem to help. Maybe Gas-X would??? (That stuff ain't cheap!)
