I haven't had to nap in the car on the way home from the city since I got CPAP. But, since I am so tired now since all the problems since my pressure was raised from 8 to 14; this evening I had no choice but to pull over and try to nap (for 2 1/2 hours). Can't say I got a lot of sleep because the gasping kept waking me up and a couple of times I went into tachacardia from the apnea. What do I do for this type of situation? Do I need a battery or what do I do? Before when I've slept along side the road sometimes people stopped to ask if I needed help, and one time a cop stopped. Just imagine how it'd freak them out if they come over and see me with all this weird gear on my head?! And, I can just imagine how terribly embarrassed I'd be. Anybody else ever sleep along side the road?
