There are CPAP machines out there that you can just plug into your cigarette lighter. Don't know how long a regular car battery would last using CPAP with the car not running and it would be dangerous to leave the car running...

You really shouldn't be that sleepy with successful therapy. Once you get your problems worked out, you should be set.
