Yeh, it really works, sort of. Sort of means that you will have to overcome some shortcomings of the treatment, but it is worth every bit of the effort.

The main shortcomings are:
Yes you have to wear some kind of mask, there are many choices. I would suggest starting with the resmed ultra mirage.

Yes you have to adjust to it. There are machines that are very quiet if this is a problem to you.

Any cpap you try must have a heated humidifier with it. Otherwise you are not likely to suceed.

Yes you will live a much happier and healthy life with cpap.

Yes you will likely die much sooner than not if you do not.

Yes after a few sucessful weeks with cpap you will know that it is the right thing to do as you will feel much better with it than without.
