Hi Peter,

Actually, these exercises were not related to C-Pap usage for me. I have Meniere's disease which makes me have chronic episodes of dizziness. The purpose of these exercises was to reduce the roaring and buzzing noises that I was constantly hearing. This is caused by calcium deposits in the inner/middle ear. These exercises helped get rid of the constant "head noise" I was hearing. I just put this possibility out there because this sounded a lot like the problem the original poster was having that may have onset coincindentally with C-Pap usage. A little off topic, but I thought the information might be useful.
