When I went from 8 to 15 I went into a really bad time of "pay back" for almost a month. I had two of my most dangerous sleepy epsiodes driving home in the evening during this pay back - I slowly came out of it and am doing just great currently.
Your CPAP treatment may now be really kicking in at the higher pressure. It may seem odd, but this could be a positive sign that your body is in recovery and demanding more sleep to make up for those lost years of rest.
Try to get extra sleep on the weekends and/or take some time off from work and sack in. Do what you have to drive safely. If this condition does not improve within 2-4 weeks go back to your doctor. I think you will work thru this, just endure and be safe.
