Apnea only sleep lab?

I don't like this idea. There are some 70+ other sleep disorders. Mostly they're rare, but - once you're wired up anyhow - you should be tested for them. Also, the test for Narcolespy is a 23-hour test, not just an overnight test.

BTW, snoring usually - not always - accomopnies obstructive apnea. Central Apnea is usually silent.
