I thought it was strange that when I accompanied my friend to the sleep clinic, they talked about all sorts of possibilities, when the dental dam didn't work, they just said adjustments and that the doctor couldn't prescribe medications.

I thought it very bogus. I was thinking of writing a letter to the doctor for my friend to confirm the phone conversation. However, I have typed several letters already, and then there are the letters to the insurance company to be written. I really think it is time to get a lawyer to pursue my options.
