Maybe I should change my handle to Centralmania. My AutosetT behaved like this. Some success for awhile, and then maxed out and stayed there, with awakenings. I consider this a primary indicator of central apnea, not because of any science, just because that is what it proved to be in my case. What would you expect a autopap to do if you just stopped breathing? It surely wouldn't drop to it's lowest pressure.
