THE PROMISE OF SLEEP by William C.Dement, M.D., Ph'D. published by Delacorte Press is an excellent source of information on sleep disorders, including insomnia. Sandman's site is fantastic; but, sometimes an old fashioned book can be a bit easier to use, especially if one is not used to using site maps and search engines.
