I did have a dental device before the CPAP and it did help me as far as morning headaches is concerned. They stopped the minute I put the dental device in. I still use it sometimes when I'm traveling. However, it has created some problems with my teeth (broken crown and loose bridge). I seem to remember I also paid about a $1,000 (reimbursed by insurance).
