You have to use CPAP everyday. Use your machine when watching TV, or reading. It is simply a matter of getting use to it. If you needed glasses you would not wear them on weekends or holidays until you got use to them - you need them everyday - same for CPAP.

We all go through this adjustment problem. If you use your machine every night you will find it may take a week so, but eventually you will get through the night with it. It is critical to your long term health - if you are determined you can and will get adjusted to the machine.
