You have two problems. One is a good surgeon. The other is deciding which procedure to have. For the first, rummage around a major hospital. They usually have websites with surgeon profiles. For the second, rummage around the non cpap forum. Don't be discouragred by success rate. Many surgeries have low success rates. Be more concerned about what it is you need. The UPPP has a dismal success rate, but there are those few for which it is a total cure. The trache has a 100% success rate, but you may not want a hole in your throat. And it is not without it's problems. Good luck.
