My suggestion for that problem has always been auto suggestion(self hypnosis). Before you go to sleep at night. Settle in and before going to sleep relax and start given yourself autosuggestions.I/E i will not take the mask off tonight,i like my mask etc. keep repeating to yourself for 5 or 10 minutes before going to sleep. Repeat every night to reinforce it until it starts working.
