Autoadjust LT Recall??

My DME (Medical Home Care Services) informed me today that the manufacturer has recalled all Horizon Autoadjust LT autoPAP machines, including mine. They were sketchy about the reason, saying only that it was a calibration issue. Has anyone else heard of a recall, the reasons behind it, or when corrected LT machines will become availabe? I have only had this machine for a few weeks, but I prefer it to the Respironics Virtuoso that I had previously.
