I encourage you to give the CPAP absolutely every effort. I've only had mine about six weeks, and I can't believe how much better I've felt the last few days. It hasn't all been smooth and at first I wondered if it I would ever report the gains I'd read about in this forum. I didn't think I was making progress. Even now, I don't fall asleep very easily at night. It seems like I get a maximum of 4 hours of good, sound sleep in one stretch. Apparently it's enough to make a difference in my life.

I'm starting to set goals for my private life and I've become more productive at work. I'm starting to feel real hope and joy in life. I can't believe it.

Best of everything to you and God bless . . . .
