Manometer

A manometer to check the pressure can be constructed at home, purchased at a science supply store/educational store, purchased on the internet for about ten bucks, ... or you can a professional manometer for about fifty bucks.

Even if you just use a pan of water, some plastic tubing and a celluoid scale...testing the machine from time to time is sensible.

My machine was supposed to be at 16, it tested at 19. That was some difference.
