I wish I was in my thirties when I found out about sleep apnea. I had aheart attack at 40 and was 58 when I was finally diagnosed properly when I stopped breathing on the operating table during a cataract surgery. With CPAP I have a lot more energy as I now play golf 5times a week and swim after golf. No more afternoon naps and I now longer feel tired behind the wheel of a car. I use a full face mask and while it is not perfect after a year I will never give it up.
Read up on cpap on this site and work with different masks until yopu find one that works for you even if some of the cost has to come out of your own pocket as life is the best gift you can give yourself.
Good Luck!!!!!!!
