That certainly sounds familiar !! Just about everything you said sounds like me, except mine usually just last about 15 seconds or so. Most the time I can set my watch by them every week at the same time about 9 in the morning. It kind of makes me wonder if I do have epilepsy, not that I want it !! I had a couple of bad full seizures (not sure of the proper term for it) last year and thats when the doctor put me on Depakote. Actually the last seizure was the morning of the sleep study, so I was already at the hospital. I felt the Aura for about 15 seconds, then it was lights out for about an hour and woke up in the emergency room. The doctor seemed convinced that my problems were caused by Apnea. Does your epilepsy cause you any other problems, other than the aura's ? Let's keep in touch in case one of us finds something that helps, you can e-mail me direct at cmos at cox-internet.com
Thanks again
Jim
