Even without sleep apnea, fatigue due to hormonal changes is common in early pregnancy. So, part of what you're feeling is not unusual. In your 2nd trimester, you ought to have more energy. In the last trimester, you'll be big enough and have some trouble sleeeping that you'll be more tired again. But the first trimester is usually the worst.
I agree that you should get a new sleep study. It's also possible that your doctor may suggest a change in pressure immediately, if it seems appropriate. Definitely call your sleep doc, if you haven't already.
I have also heard that an autopap would be better during pregnancy to allow for changes during. That make sense to me, especially as your joints losen towards the end of pregnancy.
I have an 8 year old and had undiagnosed sleep apnea while I was pregnant -- though not as bad as I have now. I think I was tireder than most people. I remember wondering if my 2nd trimester energy boost would be only needing *10* hours of sleep a night; I was sleeping 12 hours a night for a while there... I did get down to 8 hours by about month 5, and mostly stayed at that for the rest of my pregnancy.
My son was smaller than expected -- 6lbs 10oz in spite of being 22" long (I'm tall), but he seems ok except he might also have sleep apnea...
