Tube down throat instead of cpap?

Posted by Tflann on December 19, 2001 at 17:02:04:

Just curious, is there not a way for a person with sleep apena to just have a tube that goes down their throat instead of using cpap, masks, humidifiers and all the associated problems? Seems like folks with diabietes have to inject themselves all day and seem to figure it out. This shows I have no clue as to what the human reaction to a tube would be. Maybe you have to be put out for it to be done or to endure it?
