Get you doctor to let you try another. Afrin clears my sinus up too well. They feel like a double barrel 12 gauge.

There is a lot of trial and error. Fool around with the humidifier. I ended up having to turn mine up a notch when the furnace started to run more. I also watch the humidity in the house a little closer.

One day you will hit the magic solution.
