Like the previous post, alot of the choices come down to personal preference. However, I would suggest from the beginning that whoever you have as a DME supplier that you request of them an auto adjusting machine. Ask your doctor to specifically write the Rx for that. I believe that your needs change on different nights, climate changes etc and that the auto adjusts accomadate for this.
Secondly, choose a auto adjust that you can get a hold of the software for so you can download and monitor your sleep. I feel that this is extremely helpfull.
I have had two standard CPAP machines by Devilbiss, an autoadjust LT and currently I have an AutoSet T. I love the machine. Extremely Quiet. I also use the Breeze nasal pillows which are also outstanding. Shoot for the AutoAdjusting machines and experiment with the masks. Good Luck.
