I should have written a step down transformer.

I find that rehersal by plugging all the components, as if I were already in the forign country,saved me trouble.It would tell the number of adapters and extension wires etc etc, one needs.
One more thing;I used drinking bottled water I bought from the supermarket there for my humidifier,it was ok for me.
