Most CPAP's are dual voltage, and need nothing more than an adpater. The company that makes the grounded adapters if Franzus. Their website has the obvious name.

Most humidifiers are not dual voltage, so be careful there. The built-in humidifiers are dual-voltage if the CPAP is. Bring a long extension cord.
