If you have OSA, you generally need air pressure inside your throat to open it up. It seems like O2 with minimal pressure wouldn't be able to open the airway, and therefore wouldn't solve the whole problem. O2 with CPAP-like pressure may be great.
However, this has been discussed in past forums and just O2 without the pressure does seem to help some people a lot. There are apparently factors I don't understand. I can believe that using O2 during the day may help make up for low O2 or poor sleep.
