This is probably a foolish question, but have you been tested for inhalation allergies (e.g., leaves, pollen, grass, etc) in addition to your asthma? If not, it might be worthwhile to look into testing and being treated for the allergies which will reduce the sinus congestion.

I don't know where you live, but if you are in or near a major metropolitan area with a university, find the name of the specialist with the best reputation for treating professional singers. Singers can't afford chronic sinus congestion and their doctors have to know all the causes and treatments.
