Spend a couple of evenings going through the past posts in as many of the forums as you can as all these problems have been addressed many many times in those past posts and have positive solutions to all of them.It will be well worth your while to read as many of those posts as you can.Call it instant education as you will learn more their than at most sleep clinics or doctors offices.
