I've had a terrible time since I was diagnosed in July!! I'm now trying the Thornton Adjustable Positioner=TAP dental device. I will not know until Mid to late February if it is working or not. Cpap just does not work for me. My sinuses have been a mess and I've had Asthmatic Bronchitis. This was my next step before trying the Bi-pap machine. I wouldn't be a good canidate for surgery due to the Factor V blood disorder that I have. I know how you feel! It's awful living with this! It's worth trying the dental appliance. Look for a dentist in your area that specializes in Sleep Apnea. Good Luck! shottzy
