Too much breeze from the Breeze

After recently changing from an Adams velcro headgear to the Breeze headgear (I like it!) my wife is complaining of too much air blowing on her from the hole in the nasal pillow manifold compared to the old velcro contraption....any suggestions for her? Any ideas for adapting the headgear?
