Firstly I want to thank all who tried to help me but especially Perry who had the answer which I will try which is a Mouth Mask. I will try to get one as soon as possible.
What I think you other guys might have missed is the fact that I believe that the nasal mask not only exacerbates an existing sinus problem and in my case it is because of allergies to dogs, cats and mites but I also believe that the nasal masks can CAUSE these sinus problems even for those who do not already have some existing sinus problems. I therefore would NEVER recommend to anyone regardless of whether he has sinus problems to use a NASAL MASK based on what has happened to me.
