Evening! I started using a C-PAP machine last week, and also developed a sinus infection. I have felt the pressure in my ears, but it went away after 2 days. I was told today to increase the heat in my humidifier, and it seems to have helped my sinuses (and bronchitis). The head of my bed is inclined slightly to help with drainage. Good Luck
