I have severe allergies to grass, seed , trees, fertilizer,dogs , cats, mites, etc. However, I live on a golf course and play 5 days a week. With Nazonex in the morning , Allegra morning and night and AYR saline at night I have a great day.And I sleep all night with my Full Face Mirage Mask. The full face mask is the key along with the meds.HAVE A GREAT SLEEP AND A GREAT 2002!!!!
