Too much breeze from the Breeze- something wrong

If you are talking about the port instead of the openings where the pillows fit, something is wrong.
the air escapes away from the face and the user should not be aware of it.
If the air is due to a poor nasal seal, then it needs adjsting, which is an art in itself and requires a bit of practice.
The old port holes were very noisy, but the new ones are totally quiet.
