Maybe I am a bit on the odd side but my sinuses are better than B.C. (Before CPAP) when I had chronic nasal stuffiness. I received my CPAP machine and the sx got worse along with burning sinuses. But, when I got my heated humidifier BINGO, all these sx disappeared. My nose hasn't been this clear in many years.

So, in my case CPAP and heated humidification has helped my sinuses.
