I am sorry about your sinus problems, but your blanket statement is simply not correct.

I have been at 15 for almost a year and with a heated humidifer for about 11 of those months. Since the humidification my sinus condition is the best it has ever been - I can even breathe much better during the day. Fewer colds, and when I do get one the symptoms do not last as long.

I run my humidifer on max and love the warm moisture. You need to insist on the humidifier and give it a try - it made a huge difference for me and it may for you as well. Hang in there, it is worth the effort.
