for years & Years I had a sinus problem that culminated into surgery in 1997. hygene for a sinus suffer is very important, I have been on the auto-cpap since 1997, i rinse my nose every day with a salt solution and use a humidfier, I try to keep my mask and my hoses clean I know it's troublesome, but I have had no sinus problems or headaches for the last one year
I don't believe CPAP causes sinus infection as a matter of fact it may help provided it used with a humidfier and hoses and the mask kept clean
