Thank you for this suggestion. I live in Montreal and got an appointment for next monday for a heated humidifier ($495 Cdn dollars) and will also ask about the filters you mention. My problem is aggravated by the room which has allergens (dog and mites) being sucked into the CPAP and then shoved into my nostrils and therefore sinus. A CPAP in an room with allergens is therefore almos as dangerous and no CPAP at all. I am trying to clean my room and my wife who doesn't live with me has taken the dog I love to help me. I need to get the room sterilized and will attempt to do so. I must do so.
