I've had fewer sinus infections since CPAP.

Yes, for some it can cause sinus infections. This can be minimized with a weekly cleaning, a good filter, and a heated humidifier. If problems are reported, it might not be a bad idea to clean more than once a week. It may also help to run the CPAP for 15 minutes before using.

Also, make usre to vacuum your bedroom weekly.
