Sleep Apnea

My 3 year old daughter snores very loudly and wets her bed every night. I am curious to know if sleep apnea is a possible cause for the wetting. We have had her medically checked for infections, limited drinking, nothing stops it. She sometimes complains of a sore throat as well.
