New here with questions . . .

I have been diagnosed with Derealization disorder and have been on and off medications for 5 years. I still feel like crap, and am convinced there is more to this.

I had a sleep study done about 2 years ago that showed mild sleep apnea and was put on a cpap. I used it for like 3 months with no significant changes. Was the airflow set too low? Should I go for a new study?

I just don't think this is a mental thing. I mean somedays I fall asleep at my desk and that just isn't right. I also get bad fogginess or dreamstate feelings all day. Right now I am on 50mg of Celexa once a day and .5 mg of Xanax 3x a day.

I am just confused and need some help and/or advice.

Thanks

bryan
