I would strongly consider going back to get a new sleep study done and to start using CPAP again if that is prescribed. Three months may not have been long enough to really start to feel better, especially if you were experiencing any of the many reasons for CPAP not working (ie mouth breathing, leaks ...). It often takes a while to tweak the system. Sometimes you need a different pressure, but I would say that mouth breathing and leaks (even if you are not aware of them) are the among the major causes for CPAP not working efficiently.
While some experience a quick recovery, others (like me) get a slow one, with ups and downs. Even mild apnea can cause you to feel crappy. If you start with CPAP treatment again, let us know how you do. There are lots of caring people on this forum who can help you get things tweaked so that you get the most from your treatment.
