since on CPAP I am yawning all day, but not tired

Since I started CPAP a few weeks ago I find myself yawning much more than I did before (and I was clocked at over 100 episodes per hour)throughout the day, but far less tired. Is this common? Will it go away? (I yawned three times while typing this).
