I have been using the Adams Circuit with nasal pillows since early July. I had tried a mask and could not tolerate it. Recently, I tried the Breeze with nasal pillows. I found the Breeze very difficult to keep on since in turn from side to side. After two hours, I reinstalled my Adams Circuit. I have tried it three more times, but have not made it through the night. I am about to settle for the Adams Circuit. The nasal pillows are wonderful compared to a mask.
